The programme can be delivered to teams or adapted for one-to-one coaching and small groups, depending on context and goals.

  • Format: Delivered flexibly over multiple sessions to fit schedules (enquire within)

  • Schedule: Session frequency and duration can be tailored to organisational needs or individual goals

  • Group size:

    • Organisations: Up to 12 participants (larger groups available on request)

    • Individuals: One-to-one or small groups (up to 8 participants)

The programme is led by Simon Chan (he/him), a London-based mindfulness practitioner specialising in mindfulness for workplace resilience.

With over 20 years of experience in commercial and corporate environments, including a decade working with senior leaders and teams internationally, Simon brings a grounded and informed understanding of workplace priorities, rhythms and dynamics.

Combining this professional background with accredited mindfulness training, he delivers authentic evidence-based, practical programmes that bridge mindfulness and real-world resilience.
