The programme can be delivered to teams or adapted for one-to-one coaching and small groups, depending on context and goals.

The programme is led by Simon Chan (he/him), a London-based mindfulness practitioner specialising in mindfulness for workplace resilience.
With over 20 years of experience in commercial and corporate environments, including a decade working with senior leaders and teams internationally, Simon brings a grounded and informed understanding of workplace priorities, rhythms and dynamics.
Combining this professional background with accredited mindfulness training, he delivers authentic evidence-based, practical programmes that bridge mindfulness and real-world resilience.
